You recently came to our house to discuss two windows that were cracked by the cold Winter temperatures. One is an arch window, and the other is a crank-out window. We were very pleased that you came up with a very creative solution to replace the problem-prone crank-out window, with a normal up-down window!

You measured the two windows and ordered the replacement windows. When the two windows arrived, you called us to arrange a suitable time for the installation. When your crew arrived, they were very polite, informative, and did a wonderful job! They also said you did an excellent job of measuring the windows! Now we don't have to worry about the wind catching and breaking the crank-out window!
